All time favourite sweet memories childhood

I watched these shows on UHF 50 in St. Louis & UHF 41 in KC. This was '67-'69 in St. Louis & '69+ in KC.

Okay, tell me, how many of you cried when you were kids when Zeton beat Ultraman? Nobody cried when he fell to the ground, I'm sure. I cried my eyes out just like I did when the giant robot was destroyed as well.

I like the way that kids were able to just investigate stuff even better than adults. Hushino showed almost no fear climbing down into that well

Gomora Was the strongest most formidable opponent Ultraman, and the science patrol ever faced... One obvious reason because it's a 2 part episode. It doesn't take much imagination to see why it took 2 parts to get rid of that thing.

What I love about this episode is Eto. In most episodes, he play a genius/goofball. But, in this episode, Eto plays this serious. Challenging the morality of what they’re doing🤔👍

Used to watch this and Speed Racer back to back… after school.

I remember Granada Hills varsity show. Great rifle work. But this performance ended abruptly. I wonder if it was for time or the show wasn’t finished?

BF団の幹部ミスターゴールドは結構インパクトがあるのに、たった2話しか登場していないのは、実におしい、スバイダーやドクトルオーヴァーやブラックダイヤやレッドコブラのように、5話か6話位登場して、最後は、ドラキュランのように強力してジャイアントロボと戦ったほうが面白かった。ミスターゴールド役はバンデル星人役の一人、二宮吉右衛門さん。ミスターゴールドの声は、バンデル星人役の一人で初代メタリノーム役とメトロスリー役とバンデン星人の声を演じた乙黒一さん。

ミスターゴールドをあと5話位登場させて欲しいのを、2話位登場させて欲しいのとま違って書いた。

せっかくジャイアントロボ以上に強いカラミティを作っても、動かないのでは何もならない、スパーキィーも1代めは強かったが、2代目は非常に弱い。これではジャイアントロボに勝てるはずはない。ミスターゴールドは結構インパクトが強いBF団の幹部なのに、たった2話しか登場しなかったのは、実におしい。2話位登場させて、最後は、ドラキュランのように巨大化してジャイアントロボと戦ったほうが面白かった。ちなみに、ミスターゴールド役はバンデル星人を演じた一人、二宮吉右衛門。声を演じたのは、金属人間メタリノーム(初代)とメトロスリーを演じ、バンデル星人の声を演じた、乙黒一さん。

I would like to see Ultraman and Johnny Sokko Flying Robot battle it out in the cage....a really big cage.

I was a freshman at a different school marching band in 99, but I never forgot this field show, even after 25 years.

I still have the made in England Iron Maiden concert pin from this show. It was my first concert, 14 years old. It was SICK!!!

I used to watch this in the 70's. The moment I saw the swirl at the beginning, it was time to sit in front of the TV.

It was always interesting to me how in the dub Hayata doesn’t say anything to Ultraman when they merge, but in the original he’s asking questions. I kinda wonder why that is?

It seems funny that I should happen to come across this particular episode from my youth on this day (Mar. 9 '24) from the posted original aired date. Never thought Ultra-man would lose one!
