      Όταν λες ενοποίηση τι εννοείτε; Μπορείς να εισάγεις διαφορετικούς λογαριασμούς στο Outlook. Στο κανάλι μου θα βρεις βίντεο πώς να εισάγεις διαφορετικούς λογαριασμούς, Ανάλογα μετά επιλέγεις Εισερχόμενα ή Εξερχόμενα από το λογαριασμό που θέλεις. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα, εάν όχι στείλε μου μήνυμα.       Καλημέρα. Συνήθως όταν συνδέσεις το λογαριασμό σου ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας στο κινητό σου οι επαφές και οτιδήποτε άλλο εμφανίζονται και στο κινητό σου. Με λίγα λόγια συγχρονίζονται. Σε οποιαδήποτε συσκευή συνδέσεις τον λογαριασμό σου αυτά θα εμφανιστούν. Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι οι επαφές να αποθηκεύονται στο λογαριασμό σου και όχι τοπικά στο εκάστοτε κινητό.

      @@philippospan Ειχα ενα 435 λουμια αλλα το ειχα απο το 15 κ τοτε τα ειχα περασει ολα οποτε εξακολουθουσε να λειτουργει (εστω ο συγχρονισμος) εως τωρα'Μαλιστα κ το Βαϊμπερ λειτουργουσε καλα'Τουλαχιστον στο ασυρματο'προσφατα μου χαλασε'την πατησα κ αγορασα μεταχειρισμενα παρομοιας κατηγοριας κ δεν μπορω ουτε στον λογαριασμο μου να συνδεθω'Με πεταει'Μπαινω στο ενα αλλα μονο google παλιας εκδοσης κ δεν συγχρονιζει'Στο αλλο μπαινω ολα κανω εγγραφη κωδικο τηλεφωνο κλπ κ μετα κολλαει στο (Τα Γουϊντοους θελουν να εχουν προβαση κλπ κλπ) κ το σημειο <επιτρεπεται> παραμενει νεκρομενο ανενεργο''

    It’s better to have it on Outline View and you can see the content and slide number associated with it, that way it makes it easier to jump to the specific slide and content you want instead of memorizing the slide number and content.

      Γειά σου και σε εσάς. Όπως δείχνει καί το βίντεο η Γλώσσα Εμφάνισης θα πρέπει να είναι Αγγλική και η Γλώσσα Εισαγωγής Ελληνική. Εγκαθιστας ανάλογα από το πάνω και κάτω μέρος του παραθύρου διαλόγου από τις Επιλογές του Word.

      Hello there and I hope that you are fine. Whatever settings can be made you will have to select the File Tab to move to Backstage View and from the drop-down menu to select the category Options. Once selected the Outlook Options dialog box appears, where from the left you select the category Calendar. In this area you can do many more settings. I hope you find what you are looking for. If you can't find anything try to search for an Outlook -in Add through the Store that might work out for you. Hope I helped. If not let me know. Greetings from Greece.

    To activate a worksheet, u click on the sheet u want to work on from the tab at the bottom of the screen. Once you click on the one you want it is automatically activated. Not sure why teachers have to make wording so complex to throw students off kilter. 🤣

      In this video I demonstrate the option that we have to display the Formulas in a Worksheet instead of the actual Results. The procedure can be done in two ways. Either by activating the Formula Tab just by clicking on it with our mouse and from the area of the ribbon named Formula Auditing to activate the check box next to the command Show Formula. The other way is by clicking on the File tab to move to backstage view and then selecting the category Options. Once selected the Excel Options dialog box appears where from the left we select the category Advanced and scroll down in the window until we locate the command Show Formulas In Cells Instead of their Calculated Results. Sometimes if we want to locate an error in a Formula or to understand the Formula that is there or we are using by displaying the Actual Formula instead might help us much more. I hope I covered you.       Καλημέρα σας και καλή εβδομάδα. Πρόκειται για παλιό βίντεο που είχα κάνει. Τα τωρινά βίντεο προσπαθώ να τα κάνω καλύτερα μαζί με περιγραφή. Ήθελα να δείξω ότι με ένα δεξί κλικ στη γραμμή κατάστασης σε οποιαδήποτε εφαρμογή του Microsoft Office βρίσκονται πάρα πολλές εντολές. Έτσι αντί κάποιος/κάποια να ψάχνει για εντολές με ένα δεξί κλικ υπάρχουν αρκετές με ένα μόνο δεξί κλικ. Όποια επιλέγεις θα εμφανίζεται μετά στη γραμμή κατάστασης. Ελπίζω να σε βοήθησα.       Hi to you too. What do you mean a copy and paste on the original file? If you want to create a new file from an original sheet, select all the data in the worksheet by pressing Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C for them to be copied. The selected data will remain in the clipboard. Then create a New File and press Ctrl+V for the selected data to be pasted. I hope this is what you meant. If not let me know

      Καλησπέρα και σε εσένα. Ανοίγεις το έγγραφο που θέλεις να εισάγεις το εξώλλο ή σελίδα. Τοποθετείς τον εισαγωγέα στο σημείο που θέλεις να εισαχθεί και επιλέγεις την καρτέλα Εισαγωγή και από τα δεξιά της κορδέλας και στην περιοχή Κείμενο επιλέγεις την εντολή Αντικείμενο. Από το μενού που εμφανίζεται μπορείς να επιλέξεις είτε Αντικείμενο είτε Αρχείο από Κείμενο. Στην πρώτη περίπτωση θα εμφανιστεί το παράθυρο διαλόγου Αντικείμενο και επιλέγεις την δεύτερη καρτέλα που ονομάζεται Δημιουργία από Αρχείο και πλοηγείσαι και εντοπίζεις το αρχείο του Word που θέλεις. Το ίδιο ισχύει και η εντολή Αρχείο από Κείμενο. Το μόνο κακό είναι ότι εισάγει οτιδήποτε περιέχει το έγγραφο του word που θέλεις να εισάγεις.       Hello there and Happy New Year. Why don't you remove the Hyperlink before you share it and publish it. Do a right click on the Hyperlink and select from the drop-down menu that appears Remove Hyperlink. Then you can publish it and share it. The Readers will not be able to follow the hyperlink but you will not be able also. The readers if they want to may select and copy the link and paste it in their Browser to follow it. Because of the nature of my job, I make video tutorials all at the same time so I can have material to upload, because in the Summer Time I do not have the time to prepare them and believe me they do need a lot of effort. The video that you are referring to is from last winter but the steps are the same I believe. Most of the commands no matter the version of Outlook or Word or Excel and PowerPoint the steps are pretty much the same. If you have the latest version do not worry you are up to date.       Καλησπέρα. Εξαρτάται από την έκδοση του Excel που έχεις εγκατεστημένη στον υπολογιστή σου. Οι εκδόσεις του Microsoft Office κάθε τόσο αναβαθμίζονται και εξελίσσονται. Οι βασικές τους λειτουργίες συνήθως όμως παραμένουν στα ίδια ακριβώς μενού ή καρτέλες όπως ονομάζονται τώρα. Με λίγο ψάξιμο θα δεις ότι οι λειτουργίες είναι εκεί. Καλή συνέχεια.

      Δυστυχώς δεν γίνεται σε ένα μόνο φύλλο εργασίας, αλλά εφαρμόζεται σε όσα φύλλα χρησιμοποιείς. Άσε που όταν κάνεις εκτύπωση δεν εκτυπώνεται. Ο μόνος τρόπος πιστεύω είναι μέσα από τις κεφαλίδες και υποσελίδα και εφαρμογή διαφορετικής σελίδας. Άσε να το δοκιμάσω και θα σου στείλω μήνυμα.

      @@d2197v Hi there. If you select the actual drop-down list just select and then copy it. select the three dots at the top left corner of the list, so it gets highlighted and then press the Ctrl+C buttons on your keyboard and paste it wherever you want. Hope it works.

      Καλημέρα και συγνώμη για την αργοπορημένη απάντηση. Δεν νομίζω να μπορείς να επιλέξεις περισσότερες από δύο στήλες για να δημιουργήσεις ένα Φύλλο Πρόβλεψης. Άμα δοκιμάσεις να επιλέξεις περισσότερες από δύο στήλες ή ακάμα και δεδομένα που δεν έχουν καμία σχέση το ένα με το άλλο, εμφανίζεται ένα πληροφοριακό παράθυρο διαλόγου που σου εξηγεί τι έχει συμβεί λάθος και τι προτείνει για να διορθωθεί. Συγνώμη που δεν μπόρεσα να σε βοηθήσω. Να είσαι καλά και καλή συνέχεια.

      Γειά σας και σε εσάς και ελπίζω να είστε καλά. Συγνώμη για την καθυστερημένη απάντηση αλλά λόγω φόρτου εργασίας δεν εφίστη δυνατόν. Υπήρχε μία δυνατότητα αποτροπής εκτύπωσης αλλά δεν γνωρίζω εάν ισχύει τώρα. Μεταβαίνεις στην Καρτέλα Αρχείο για να περάσεις σε προβολή Backstage. Από τα αριστερά επιλέγεις την κατηγορία Πληροφορίες και έπειτα από τα δεξιά το κουμπί Προστασία Βιβλίου Εργασίας. Από το πτυσσόμενο μενού επιλέγετε την εντολή Προστασία Τρέχοντος Φύλλου και από το παράθυρο διαλόγου που εμφανίζεται επιλέγετε την εντολή Αποτροπή Εκτύπωσης Φύλλου Εργασίας. Σε εμένα προσωπικά και έκδοση Office που έχω δεν υπάρχει αυτή η επιλογή πλέον. Αλλά με μία αναζήτηση που έκανα είδα ότι ισχύει σε προηγούμενες εκδόσεις. Άλλη μία επιλογή είναι να κάνει Απόκρυψη του Φύλλου Εργασίας, όποτε και δεν θα εκτυπώνεται. Καλή συνέχεια και ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και λίγο.

Και εγώ το έχω ψάξει και έχω παρατηρήσει ότι στις εκδόσει του office 2016, 2019, 2021 και 365 υπάρχει μόνο προστασία από την εκτύπωση βιβλίου εργασίας και όχι ενός φύλλου εργασίας από βιβλίο εργασίας με πολλά φύλλα δεδομένων από το Backstage, όπως ήδη μου γράψατε, με περιορισμό δικαιωμάτων. Αλλά σκέφτηκα να ρωτήσω μήπως υπάρχει κάποια άλλη επιλογή που δεν μπορώ να την βρω. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για το χρόνο σας.

      Hello there. There are limits to the number of items that will show in a data validation drop down list: The list can show up to show 32,767 items from a list on the worksheet. If you type the items into the data validation dialog box, the limit is 256 characters, including the separators. Hope that I helped and take care.

      Hi thank you for your answer :-). The question that i put was not so clear I think sorry for my bad English. But I wanted to know If I can make a list with a lot of Data easier than entering them one by one in the developers tool. So I have a list with lets say 200 objects to choose from. But instead of typing them one by one in the validation wanted to copy past the list or something.. Is there an easy way to make this drop down list?

      Hello from Greece. You might want to try to go to the Shared Folder and locate the Shared File. Select it, and then click Remove from the Shared List.       Sorry to disappoint you, but in the early videos I did not do narration. If it helps, just press the Ctrl button on your keyboard, and while holding it down select the other Cells, Rows or Columns that you want to select. Sorry once again, and take care. All the best.     Hi. First of all I tried creating a room and I couldn't. Also no suggestions come up when I type any letter on the location. Our offices are on google maps, shall I just copy and paste the link there ? It is frustrating

      Hi there also. Sorry it took me a while to respond. The best article that I found is this one: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/calendars/conference-rooms-not-displayed Have a look at it, it might help. What version of Outlook are you using by the way? Try an update to get the latest features and if not try to repair Office through the Programs and Feature panel. Select Microsoft Office and then repair. Wait a little bit for the repairing to be done, do a restart on your pc and then try again. Hope I helped. Take care and all the best.
