theres a difference between awareness and overthinking. And overthinking will mostly never be good because it will steal your energy and while overthinking, you usually dont think positive about something turning reality, u mostly think negative. And ion like that "If you overthink, it will happen" stuff. Cus thats basically why overthinking is bad, you are dealing with something without actually dealing with something, you are trying to find explanation for something while you simply could ask for explanation, which means in the worst case you could make decisions that shouldnt be made, simply because you overthought a situation. Especially if its something you could communicate about. Plus youre saying "overthinking aint that bad", while also saying "stop overthinking cus it will happen anyways", which doesnt really add up, cus u are basically saying be aware but dont overthink cus it aint good If youre aware of something, thats a wholle different thing because you already know something or found something out. Overthinking killed many relationships, dreams and opportunities
