Would probably say static clicking is my worst category atm, barely scraped by masters in this run but am still very happy with how much my speed and micro adjustments have been.       it's a theme I use called lapu4v8-2, but to get the glowing targets in general make sure to change scene color in your video settings to medium or high, and than make sure under your enemy colors override head and body colors is ticked and that you have your full bright slider set to ur preferred brightness.
