SpaceX Falcon 9 Launch June 28, 2024
SpaceX launched a national security mission on behalf of the United States’ National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) from Vandenberg Space Force Base Friday night, June 28. The spy agency described the classified mission as “the second launch of NRO’s proliferated architecture, delivering critical space-based ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) to the nation.”
The Falcon 9 first stage booster supporting this mission, tail number B1081 in the SpaceX fleet, launched for an eighth time. Its previous missions included the launches of the Crew-7 astronaut mission to the International Space Station, two climate monitoring satellites (NASA’s PACE and the European Space Agency’s EarthCARE) and two Starlink flights.
A little more than eight minutes after liftoff, B1081 landed on the droneship, ‘Of Course I Still Love You.’ This was the 95th booster landing for OCISLY and the 326th booster landing to date.

SpaceX completed another West Coast launch of 20 Starlink V2 Mini satellites, including 13 featuring Direct to Cell capabilities. Liftoff of the Starlink 9-2 mission happened at 8:47 p.m. PDT (11:47 p.m. EDT, 0347 UTC). This video was made with a drone flight following the launch from its own elevated position.

SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket with 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base on Sunday at 9:57 p.m. local time. Observing the launch in the western sky, the rocket passes by Jupiter at 0:56 in this video and moves easterly, disappearing into the southern sky below Sirius, the brightest star in the sky.

The last few minutes of sunlight as the sun sets in a small sliver of the Pacific Ocean as seen from this location. The layers of air refract the sunlight and create different effects, including apparent flares emerging from the solar disc. There was smoke in the air from a distant fire at the time, contributing to the overall viewing conditions.

This is another green flash, with the lensing effect creating two mirage suns briefly and as they fade away the top one has a distinct green flash. The Pacific Ocean is obscured by a mesa in that direction and can be seen later in the year when it gets closer to winter solstice.

The rocket successfully lifted off from the base at 9:09 p.m. PDT and is carrying a group of 15 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit during this mission. The launch was visible to onlookers hundreds of miles away.

I would never use that stuff it fixed the radiator leak but it caused the water pump to start leaking and it cost the new water pump to start leaking

It's definitely quite the epic hike! Agreed on the "shoulder seasons" being the best time to do it (April, May, September, October).
Try reading the directions. It says to also turn your heater on full blast and fan on full blast.

Can one live there?
This is a great hike, and, yes, an ideal time of year in which to do it. The only thing that I'd suggest is that you , if at all possible, "add campgrounds." Stop at Phantom Ranch overnight. Stop at [Indian] Gardens overnight. There's SO(!) much to see and do at each place.

I tried k seal it didn't work I tried Perma seal and it worked great engine started leaking years later and I guess resealed the leak.i tried to find Perma seal again and couldn't find it
I just tried it in my bugeye WRX after watching your video and a few others. Within 15 minutes of letting it run then turning it off it sealed the head gasket. I turned it back on and there was 0 smoke. From what I have seen it only works on only slightly blown gaskets

You did this wrong. And that bottle you had is for the radiator. They actually make a head gasket sealant brother. Also the car got hot because your thermostat now has a ton of glass on it. Your supposed to pull out the thermostat. And also you NEED to make sure if you have a cylinder getting fluid in it. PULL THE SPARK PLUG. The military uses something very similary to kseal HEAD GASKET sealant. It's called engine seize. Take a guess why.... IF you know for sure that your getting coolant into a cylinder you MUST remove the spark plug from that cylinder or you will ruin the motor entirely. Please do NOT do what this man did. Hopefully this helps someone.

Most of these sealants you are supposed to turn it off once you reach temperature and leave it stand.
Depends how bad the gasket.gasket was to bad to seal.
