Me encantan los loft, pero si tienen tanto espacio como este tiene q tener altura, no se puede poner nada sino, estaria ideal para un gran vestidor y la cama a la vuelta, pero buscar la ropa sentado y gatear hasta la cama, definitivamente no!

thank you for sharing this one. the stairs and loft remind me of the mobile tiny houses in Australia, but this has a smaller footprint. lots of storage space, but not enough space for prep in the kitchen. good to have the closet, the loft is a decent size perhaps for a queen size bed. I hope you find a better layout.

I think this is the best micro apartment I have seen so far. The space is quite regular, good layout of toilet and bath as well as the kitchen and there is a bed and desk already! So you just bring in beddings, clothes and toiletries. very livable! As for the cost of rent, if it is in my country, that is quite pricey.

An electric kettle can cook so many meals, you’ll be able to drink warm tea too. I cooked last night’s onigiri in a microwaveable bag once and it worked in the kettle! But I also see you have no fridge, I’m sorry 😢

Esse é um dos piores micro apartamentos que você já visitou. O loft mais parece uma tumba. E isso é um corredor, nunca será um apartamento.

i was thinking about the balcony, that could have been part of the living space instead, then you can have some more room inside. anyway, overall, the unit looks livable, good for one person who spend less time at home and more outside because of work. it is nice to have the screen door by the balcony, you can keep the door open and have natural ventilation at the same time. I hope you find a better place. i think the cost is good provided you have an induction stove already.

It is not advisable to put anything by the entrance to the narrow corridor where the kitchen and laundry are located. It is also not preferable to put anything near that place that may block the window as well, because, obviously, that will limit the flow of natural light into the room. A bunk bed makes efficient use of the space, but I don't think you have to settle for a bunk bed. You can put a real bed at where you put the bunk bed in the video - preferrably the kind of bed with storage drawers, because there is no storage space in this apartment. There is space on the left for a medium size desk. Then, you can put a compact sofa under the window. A compact sofa won't block with the entrance or the window, giving you free passage to the kitchen-laundry area, as well as the ability to open the window to let natural light into the room and look at the sky. I noticed that to the left of the window, there is an electrical outlet too. You can put the refrigerator there. That was my idea. I hope that you had figured out how to furnish the apartment to your comfort and liking.

The exterior of the building looks good. The interior looks good also, quite a decent size loft. thank you for showing the unit with furniture. Perhaps I would have a 2 seater sofa, and a desk height table that can be used for both work and dining. i wish the stairs is fixed, though you only need it when you sleep. for one person this can be possible.

My first apartment [during college, all I could afford] was a $300 / month studio apartment at about 250 sqft. And I complained a lot about that apartment. But not anymore, after seeing this video.

this is more of a small studio, i think i would have the bed at the loft and have a small dining table and chairs at first level. it is good to have that balcony. seem manageable for 1 person.

Many people commented that this is like college dormitory. I agree in some aspects, but disagree in others. The sharing of common living space such as the lounge, the gym, and the kitchen does resemble living in a dormitory. However, in a college dormitory, you know that the other residents are also university students, whereas in a community like the one in this video, other residents can come from all walks of life, making the community much more complex than a college dormitory. That said, I personally won't consider such communal living. It feels weird to share the kitchen, shower room and toilet with people I don't know. Its not because I am introverted or something like that. Throughout my four years in college, I shared literally everything with my roommates (the room,shower, toilet, kitchen, refrigerator) - the only thing we didn't share was the bed we slept in.🤣 Then, I joined the military. It is not the sharing of the facility that puts me off, but the fact that I don't know whom I am sharing the space with. Nonetheless, there are apparently upsides in such communal living as well. First, the rent is cheaper. Second, many of them are furnished, which means you won't have to spend money on buying furniture and can move in immediately. Third, IF the facility is professionally managed, you will apparently be liberated from household chores such as cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, toilets. Even if such chores are shared amongst residents, it will still be less of a burden than you have to do it by yourself when living alone. Fourth, communal living can be a great place to meet new people and develop social skills. There are both ups and downs. Communal living is not for everyone, but it has been gaining popularity in recent years as housing prices and rents spiral upwards. Great content. Thanks for sharing! 👍

這間房子實在太棒了。 雖然不是Micro，不過我覺得這樣的室內空間住起來才舒服，不會感覺壓抑。 樓梯有點阻礙，其他我覺得都很好！😄
