STARTING TROUBLE AFTER 7 DAYS // BATTERY DRAIN, CURRENT LEAKAGE B280000 // M-CAN
Customar concern after 7 days battery drain out and starting trouble . After jump start or help start it will done .
After check there is some issue found in this car . current leakage is one of them . A problem i face after checking , when I ignition off this vehicle and after opening the door the AVNT will turn off . But unfortunately in this vehicle it will not done.
After scan I found a error in AVNT System
DTC CODE = B280000( M- CAN BUS OFF)
After dismental AVNT I found some oil which is disturbing the current flow in the can line and generate this code. Which oil is spraid allover the couplar .
After this I check
M-CAN LINE
SJB OR IP JUNCTION BOX, AMPLIFIRE, AVNT/AUDIO, CLUSTER CAN LINE .
AFTER clean and re fit all
then check current leakage found ( 0.03 A) ok.
(0.04 amp conciderable)

This is an I 20 nline vehicle , visit with no start condition. After diagnosis found head gasket leakage. Checking procedure 1 Engine oil check 2 Spark plug check 3 Coolant check 4 compression testdry and wet test 5 Finally decide to engine oh. 6 Found gasket leakage, damage head surface, camshaft, ring, valve and oilseal.

@technicalserviceBS6 Some time we face like this type of problems like Engine knock. We face mostly this when start the car in morning . Also this fill when engine in idle condition and ac on condition . Normally when engine load sudden give by full accelerate or ac on condition. This minorly missing come normally when ignition coil not properly work.
