Just enjoying life in our little slice of paradise. I grew up riding in the sand dunes and that will always be my first love. Since moving to Southern Utah, we have enjoyed a variety of riding styles. I am on my 5th SXS and have really enjoyed the journey.

Very Nice job
2:05 loyal buddy team work deserves a hell yeah from every guy out there that wanted his friend around to help. Bravo
Haha!! That’s my old man. He’s always down to help. Thanks for the support brother!!🤘🏼
Howdy
Fun trail but my wife did not like the ride up Hells Gate.
Haha. My wife quickly volunteered to stay at the top to video.
Good video. It looks great and apparently stopped a lot of the squeaks but what about overall sound absorption and heat from the sun? Does it seem quieter inside now? And a little cooler temps?
Thank you. It does help absorb the noise and stop the squeaks and rattles. It also helps reduce the heat that would transfer through the roof. I think it was definitely worth doing.
what is the weight of the sandcraft 35
Tire and wheel weighed 48 lbs.
What size roll did you end up going with?
I believe I went with the 94”x 47” roll. I didn’t have much leftover when I was done.
Would love to go on a moab ride with you guys!!
Nice area, thanks for the video 👍🏼
Good job Mr Short
Are you still running the 35” trail saws? How do you like them so far, how did they do in Moab? Any issues with 35’s on the can am?
Yes I still have the 35” Trail Saws. I love the 35” tires on the Can Am. The trail saws have been a great all around tire. Excellent for trail riding and pretty good traction in sand. They get the job done on the rocks but I would definitely like some sticky Rockzilla’s if we decide to get into the Rocks more than we do.
Do those DW bolts replace the original shock bolts entirely? Or need to put original shock bolts back in once ready for riding?
They replace the lower shock bolt. No swapping back and forth.
@@A5Off-Road Thank you! Last question do you take a jack with you on the trip so you’re able to lift the side by side to remove the DW bar at camp? Or you remove it without needing to jack it up?
I take my pro eagle jack. You do need to jack it up to remove the bar.
@@A5Off-Road thank you for the help! I got a little over 74 inches between kitchen cabinet and outside wall in my TH. The Rzr Turbo R shows to be 74 wide so will need this bar to give me some room!
What psi you run your 35”?
For trail riding I go between 10 to 12 psi and rock crawling I do between 6 and 8 psi.
@@A5Off-Road Thank you for replying
i was camped right next to that a week ago😂😂
Looks like a lot of fun.
35" too big. 32"-33" is perfect for the X3.
Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. I have tried both and in my experience, the 35” sand tires worked awesome.
Nah with sand tires you want the 35s. Sand tires are WAY lighter then dirt/mud tires so going bigger doesnt hurt you. Those 35s combined probably weight less then 1 32" dirt/mud tire
Any clutch work done?
@gustavoalfaro9140 nope. Completely stock clutches.
Were your original tires Carnivore 32"s and if so, how would you compare the 35" Trail Saws, especially on trails and dunes at Sand Hollow.
The tires I took off were 32” Tusk Terrabites. I like the 35” Trail Saws so much better. They are a great all around tire.
Great video, where did you start the trail at?
We started at Hancock Road and Sand Springs Road. Here are the coordinates. (37.0978890, -112.6449765)
That sure takes a lot to load each and every time but worth it
That was one of the first times. We got it down now. We can load in 5 to 10 minutes.
Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Side Windows Net for your Can Am maverick x3 max
What size is your trailer??
The model is a 2414. It is 24’ long with a 14’ cargo area.
What size wheel and offset?
The rims are 15” diameter and 7” width. I think they are a 6-1 offset.
How did you strap it down with it being tight front to back???
How did you strap it down with it being tight front to back???
I went down from the passenger side a arm and I was able to go from the back on both sides.
I’m searching for wheels and tires for Max 3 DS. What size and offset do you recommend in south Utah? Wheel type and tire manufacturer is also appreciated
It will depend on what type of riding you do. I have really liked my Sedona Trail Saw tires. They have been a good all around tire. I would recommend a bead lock wheel with a 4-3 offset for the DS. It will make it a little wider and more stable. With that
A 15” bead lock wheel and 32” tall tires is what I ran on my X3 max DS and the worked great.
That looks fantastic. I'm doing that on my ranger crew next week. Thank you for this video. Good job on the video also.
Thank you. It really is an easy upgrade to do.
Did you replaced the studs?
Nope. Still running stock studs.
@@A5Off-Road well I had to send mine back.
Your machine or tires? How come you had to send it back?
I don't think the can am has the fang setup, i believe the Polaris rzr has the fang. Can am has the brows set up.
Is the mid pipe rpm
The whole set up is from GGB exhaust. Nothing came from rpm.
Cool thanks bud
What i like the best about mine is the 350 horse, base model turbo 2020 xmr
Sounds like you have added quite a bit of hp to her. That’s awesome.
Good video. What kind of tires and windshield are you running? Thanks
Thanks. My tires are 35” Sedona Trailsaws and the windshield is from Dirt Warrior Accessories.
Do you have trouble turning with the 35s and all you add was the dual therapy spring kit?
I added the Shock Therapy springs and removed my sway bar. The steering has not changed. It turns the same as it did with the 32” tires.
What a great video man you showed step by step!! 👍👍 do you know how wide is your toy hauler from the stove to the wall? That would be better measurement for me before I pull the trigger on this squeeze bars.
It’s 76” wide from the stove to the wall.
Curious did you actually ride into Valley of Fire to see the Petroglyphs? Looks like a cool ride, been to Logandale in our Can am and Valley of Fire to hike, didn’t know they were connected. Pretty cool!
No. You can’t ride into the Valley of fire as it is a state or national park, but it is right on the edge of it.
Beautiful
What is the actual real height of the tire? Is it true to size or a little short?
When it was brand new before I put it on the car it measured 35”. I will measure tonight what it is on the car with 10 psi.
Did you upgrade ur clutch?
Nope. My clutch is completely stock.
Love Logandale trails! We’re in Vegas and have been enjoying those trailers for many years. Glad you guys enjoyed it.
hey Andy what bummer/winch do you have?
Do you need 2 bars for the front and back or just the front?
Double Sammy is one of my favorite trails my first favorite would be milts mile because it is easy! But still love sand hollow!
Suggestion. Please post how to videos; like how to install those accessories. Or how to service and etc..
Would have been nice to see a before pic.
Ya, I missed the before shot. Just picture it all black and that’s what it looked like before. 😬
Thank you for showing me this! Wife and I are getting ready to buy a 77inch wide toyhaulers and a pro r. I’m getting worried about the fit. This helped relieve some stress
That's inspiration car, thank Sir...🙏🇹🇱👍
That's my dream Buggy Car....🙏🇹🇱👍
Ratchet straps homie. Super cheap, Super simple.
Seems like a PITA
Ummm. It would be way faster, and much easier to just lay your bottom bunks down against the walls to give yourself close to 10 more inches height wise. I have the same setup. Just pull the pins and lay them down. 😂
