I did this and couldn’t make out like an actual person. But when I did make out someone their wings turned black and so did their hair and eyes and it was super uneasy feeling. I stopped meditation and I'm gonna go cleanse myself and meditate about this later.

Only comment is that the in through the nose and out through the mouth was too quick for me, other than that - great!

I was doing this hypnosis and started to see life in the 1800s, I was in the middle of an argument with someone in that dream when suddenly, I heard Katy Perry's voice sing #"Did Somebody Say Just Eat"# I thought that can't be her in that time period-until I'd realised that it was the adverts that came in the middle of my session. So annoying to say the least!

The first like minute was spent twaffling on and repeating the same stuff. Let me do the meditation, im trying to connection with my theriotype

I saw a little boy running in the woods from nazies I felt like I was in Germany, I also saw a knight in what felt to me Portugal Spain or France

I saw this huge tall place with huge columns where I came across someone who was just like me she was my twin we were right acrossed from each other we even dressed similar that could explain why I always felt alone like I was missing something 😢

First time I have done this, wasn't 100% clear images I guess with practice it will get better. 1786, I was a woman named Isabella, in my 30s. My husband was Germain or Thomas 🤔 I worked somewhere in a underground tunnel pushing a little chariot. I died in the mud, could not feel my right hand or felt like it was broken, still feel the numbness in it right now. Horses were running around, the sun was going down and a man with the face painted in brown/red finished my life with an axe in my head. Weird experience !

Im 29 and I woke up. I went through my rude awakening 3 years ago. I focused on healing my inner child, i did the shadow work, i put in the work. I had no idea what was happening to me, I felt like I was dying. I once had a friend who gave me crystals, helped me cleanse and would encourage me to meditate. Everyone thought he was crazy, labeled as a witch. I know understand him. I lost contact with him several years ago. He was the only friend I ever talked about my spirituality. I wish I could talk to him right now. I have no one to talk to about this. I’ve been cleansing, meditating and manifesting. I completely changed my lifestyle and my mindset. Its like I was born again. Im so proud of the person I became. I just have this feeling, my instinct, I just know things and I feel people’s energy. I’ve always been different. I really don’t know what to do with my gift. I sound crazy to others, so I just keep everything to myself. I’ll try this meditation video because I want to meet my higher self. I really don’t know what I should be doing but I know I have a calling, i feel it in my bones. I really don’t have anyone to talk to about this. No one around me is woke. Im literally crying right now typing this. I just don’t know whats next, i think its a journey i will learn just like I have been learning these past 3 years on my own.

I thought I will be happy and free once i get married, i was lonely there as well as he didn't use to love me much and then servants were my friends in that lonely castle. Ive done this meditations a few times now but for a bit i've felt myself resisting coming bk cuz of the fear that wuz coming up in my visions. When the prompt came to c ur higher self sitting across from me i first saw myself looking in a mirror and i just smiled at myself and that made me feel gd, to c myself in that light. But altho that made me feel gd what i saw wuz not what i thought id c. I saw my 3D persona character sit down and i wuz wrapped in black mist. Darkness all around me and i asked y it surrounded me.. i forget what i said but i have it written down... oh yah, i said *take care of urself* I struggle with mental health alot and everyday is a miracle if i will just even smile... so smiling here wuz huge. Also i saw the alien from E.T and that wuz who connected the golden cord to me. I wuz kinda confused.. but also not at the same time bcuz in past sessions with this meditation i have been seeing a being known as Zylon. Shes a beautiful and shy brown alien. With bug legs .. (dont ask) lol Anyways i asked y she kept showing up and she said for feedbk lol Rewind a bit.. when i wuz met with E.T ..i cried. It wuz like FINALLY.. i wuz with myself again after feeling like i wuz lost for so long... Prior to all this i saged the rooms i do most spiritual stuff in and i feel more comfy doing that. But i dont like the smell of sage so maybe i'll try insence next time.
