So beautiful, even if blurry. What a visionary P Scholes was. And we heap praise on our current players when they have a pass. How our standard deteriorated I don’t know. And exchanging passes to get a goal. We rarely see that with our players. Just determined to score for glory at all cost. So very disappointing. I wish they watch our past teams on how it is done..for inspiration.

Stockport always has and will be a working class town, alas it's best is long gone...the closing of the big engineering shops are responsible for much of this...Mirrlees, National Oilwell, Simon Carves, Henry Simon Engineering....and so on. My Dad worked 40 plus years at Simon Engineering and where I served my Engineering Apprenticeship....I started 1st September 1969, there were over 40 apprentices starting that day. Anyway, cannot turn the clock back, now retired and living in East Texas on a 14 acre farm bought and paid for with the skills I earned in my Apprenticeship. Hope to get back to visit soon to enjoy a pint or two in the Gardners Arms in Offerton. Cheers y'all

It really seems that ( £ 3003 . 1 Week . 1 Patient ) is being spent on what can ONLY be referred to as ( TURD Health Care ? ) THEN . needs some EXPLAINING at least ?

We've seen some great players like Ronaldo and messi over the last decade but we will never see a player like Paul Scholes for a long time. I fell in love with football as a young boy watching him play. His level of passing and control was supreme to any other player. He was the master of 1 touch play. He never lost the ball and those cross diagonals were a joy to watch. He caressed a football with pinpoint accuracy. He was like an artist always painting a beautiful masterpiece. Paul Scholes will always be my favourite footballer
