Just learned this from experience. Check which bulb is out first. You can see he took out a 7528 bulb. Autozone handed me 7506 bulb, Which fits one of the two sockets. I guess 2014 model carries both bulbs???

Which volkswagen unit is this ? You should have written the model, because different models have different structures of headlight.

It would be more convenient to have the sport mode button on the driving wheel.

For driving up hills what is the best way to do it? My Mazda is a CX-5 Grand Touring 2016 2WD, I have to go up two steep hills everyday and notice lately it takes time to accelerate. I always drive in automatic mode. Never used the manual or sport mode. Thanks

Good info but my 2015 Jetta SE did not have the secret compartment inside the wheel well. Also, the cover was very difficult to turn so had to take the fuse box cover off to give myself a tiny bit more wiggle room and finally go the cover to turn. My hands barely fit in the hole and the running light connection was also a bit difficult to turn. The bulb too was different. More like a more conventional bulb. Anyway, too bad VW could not stick with a good idea like they had with the Passat.

Oh yeah it’s crazy it revs so high in sport mode at first I was driving around all time and was like wtf it’s a 6 speed why is it reving so high it should be shifting then I burnt up all my fuel then drove in regular and seen it revs so much lower lol now I only use sport mode if I’m racing lol but can you turn it on when ur driving and off or do u have to pull over and be stopped ??
