Hey hey i had today a problem like in your video but i found a fix. I was at the workbench for robots and everytime when i put a Special Sensor on the torso i got the same bug like you. so i opend the Nac Holo in my inventory and tried everything. in the Misc. Options i found a part it names Complex Hit VFX i turned it off and it worked :D

This is a favorite of mine from AV Undercover because it's both a reimagining of the song, and I remember well when BNL were young and fresh-faced kids. This is a song for a weathered voice and a weathered persona. I never liked it that much from Phil Collins, in truth, but this makes me rethink it.

no idea if this got solved, but I had similar issues. In NAC I disabled most things apart from the weather. Turned off NAC darker nights, interior lighting, some FX - they're not very good anyway. *But it was my ENB (PRC) causing the issues*. I reinstalled DarkerNights (actual mod, not the version in Nac) from level 2 to level 1, and it seemed to remedy itself. Odd..
