      Thank you for the compliment, Jasmine. It takes time to develop good habits, and it is difficult in today's "on demand" society. We can get almost anything by pressing a button. Mainly, follow the two rules of the Samson Skinny (don't mix fats and carbs, always eat protein) and train as often as you can. Keep that up and you'll see results!

    Sam, you're much better now. Congratulations. Often more difficult than "conquering the hill" is keeping it. Lifestyle changes have to be incorporated to be effective in the long run.

    You are right, the obese with the frustration of not losing weight how you like can get to extreme acts. Healthy food, healthy living, happiness, everything is intertwined.

    Sam, put in a future post some comment about physical activity for middle-aged people, and also for middle-aged people with some health limitation (hypertension, diabetes, etc.). I think that would be fantastic.

    It is very important to make the association of the type of food (fat, protein, carbohydrate) with the energy expenditure as you have done in the videos. Physical exercise and good nutrition go hand in hand.
