Just listen to all the different genre influences in this, and they make it completely their own. There's a lot of modern metal that I enjoy so I'm not one of those "metal was only good in my day" kind of people but these chicks are a blast of fresh air in the scene.
No matter how good you are at shredding, just remember - somewhere, there is a tiny cute Japanese girl in her 20s doing laps on you. Honestly one of the best things I ever learned, and this video is a reminder. I can't put into words how lucky I feel to be alive in the timeline where Hanabie or Band Maid exists, these ladies are doing the coolest shit in music and it's not even close..
It's her low center of gravity from being so small. She's wearing like 4 inch platform shoes here and still barely as tall as Matsuri who isn't even standing up straight while playing lol.

In my opinion from early 1980s hardcore and metal onward, Yukina is the greatest front-person now active. She controls the stage and connects with the audience, has wild vocal range and the massive amount of emotion she unleashes (as the whole band does) grabs everyone. I played with one of the best front-men in 80s hardcore and I'm way-psyched to see the music still moving forward and getting better. -glad you're a fan.. spread the word.
