Hello, great info here. My Ficm holds 48.5 cranking with glow plugs but as soon as it fires it drops down to 39.5 then creeps back up to 48.5. I have an intermittent misfire and I haven’t been able to catch it misfiring yet with the scanner hooked up. Would a new power supply solve this Ficm issue since it runs fine and just intermittent misfire?

Come on guys, on top of paying $1200 for a new cooler on my Cummins you want $72 for gaskets and seals that should be included in the kit. Banks includes all necessary items. Please do better.

What makes the bulletproof EGR Cooler better than OEM? And if they're better, why doesn't OEM copy the better design?

I think this is exactly what's happening on my '20 Duramax. The dealer destroyed my engine and replaced it roughly 30k miles ago, now it's losing coolant and throwing a P20EE code.

It would be much better if you would have zoomed in to show which pin to touch on the 7 pin ficm. You show in the video to touch the right-most pin on the 4 pin ficm, but do not say which pin to probe on the 7 pin ficm. Not much help

That's all fine and dandy, but what do you do about the check engine light? When it comes on cause it's not getting feedback from The original. Computer control fan clutch, That fan clutch gives you a feedback reading and it'll turn the check engine line on, if you try to eliminate it. So if you have a trick for that, that'd be awesome

Putting dirty exhaust gases back into the intake is just about the worst thing for your engine. The air intake and valves get gummed up, air flow is reduced over time, and your coolant runs hotter because it’s cooling exhaust gas.
