it’s kinda cute how you talk about Sankt Martin yk when you live in Germany it’s like the most normal thing in life because you can’t think of anything else during October. I mean you start making your latern and I don’t know how to explain but it’s really funny to hear other people talking about how „special“ this is and how excited they are about celebrating it you know?🥰 sorry when I made mistakes <3
Most Germans would eat dinner, not lunch because they are working till evening...

okay all people in Germany are very private and yess a little bit strict.okay now I gonna talk Germany because my English is very bad.Die Menschen hier verstehen wenig Spaß und machen stress wenn sie gefilmt werden. Natürlich gibt es auch Ausnahmen, aber eher wenige. I hope you understand this and my view.
How do you deal with being homesick? I’m going to be an au pair in Germany this January and I’m afraid that homesickness might affect my experience
I'm going in May and that's what I'm worried about as well
Surround yourself with friends! Go out of your way to make new friends and really make this your home for your time here.

They know I make CZcams videos. They watch them with me :) haha. I wouldn't consider myself an CZcamsr and I haven't made any money off my videos haha

How long did it take for your visa to come back?
I applied for my visa in person at my host city. I HIGHLY recommend as it is faster and much easier process.

Ah, Münster, the bike capital of Germany. And a university town with tons of funny students (proof in the video). Watch the Münster Tatort, a famus and funny crime show in ARD.
i totally relate to this from my europe trip!! the transportation and social interactions were so terrifying at first but after a week it felt more natural! 😇
Try to speak German as often as you can, with your host family, with the kids etc. I know, the most are afraid to do that, but that is only in your head, nobody try to bite your head off. ;) And you can take a language course, that help's a lot. But take your time to learn, it take a while. ;)
I have tried my best to talk to them everyday and now I'm late A2/early B1 level!
