The 2024 Lucid air provides a range of 500 plus miles. I have been waiting for an EV that fully charges in 15 minutes or less for a range of 500 plus miles and made available in a large full size luxury automobile which tesla dosent even make. This comes close to what im looking for but, cost played a factor in my cancellation of purchase. The cost was near 100 grand. I ended up buying the Jaguar XJL. i have a range of 570 miles for 41 grand. see the difference? The Lucid is a very nice ride. They just need to have a more reasonable price...

I would not recommend for first car. Rsx is already becoming a collector car. In few years Rsx Type S will be consider a vintage JDM. Maybe for a weekend car yes, but not as a first time car. Rsx was all made in japan so it also adds to collectors value.

I LOVE EV'S and the direction they are taking us, but being a when, "SHTF," person, do we have an idea of how resistant they are to EMP pulse charge attacks? Not saying that it will happen, but I'd be naive to think it won't ever happen. Right now, I love Hybrids since we get the best of both worlds, but even Hybrids have an electronically run system. We bought our Santa Fe Hybrid SUV and found out that everything in it is controlled by digital electronics. I don't remember if our Prius was digitally controlled, even when the gas kicked on.
