Could you use a hole saw bit to do this instead? I don’t have a scroll saw.

I'm not knocking you doing this so don't take it the wrong way but were those wrinkles not able to come out by the upper part of the tailgate? Would applying heat to the wrap take them out?

I am going to be using a jig saw as I dont have access to a scroll saw. What type of blade do you recomend for cutting through the book?
