What is the advantage of neutral adaptation I?

I have a very interesting case - I had DWEK in Nov 2020 at 64y - cells grew back or stretch to fairly reasonable near 20/20 . No morning fog could weed garden all day too but 18 months ago cararact got progressively worse . 9 days ago had cataract done and was initially disappointed but today clarity has has got better to the point I removed my lens from glasses. I drove into afternoon setting sun no glare so going to let heal alot longer for Edema to reduce even more and may still use 5% ointment still to avoid DMEK.

In fact most eye doctors assume myopia control is corneal but you are correct axial length is the critical.

Yes, it does, so u should discontinue wearing lens for 2 weeks and use eye drops to check the difference
All I can say is.... Dr. Jedlicka is an amazing man. He literally saved my life and doesn't even realize it. :) I wonder who the patients are in the examples? Pretty sure I've been in a couple of his case studies. I can attest to have had HOURS AND HOURS of chair time being fitted for sclerals, lol.

Can you sterilize BIOM with cidex?
I had cataract surgery 3 weeks ago in my right eye and 5 weeks ago in my left eye. I have Fuchs Dystrophy. My doctor said he could do both Demek and cataract surgery together. Or just cataract surgery first and see how my vision is after. My thickness was 600 microns. My vision is great after cataract surgery. He says I might need corneal transplant done the line? How long after cataract surgery does 9ne need transplant?
I notice both lasik doctors in this video are wearing glasses. Why do so many lasik doctors choose to not get lasik, I wonder?
