I own this bag and it’s not meant to be overly stuffed with crap. It’s a structured leather mini bag so you add the simply things instead of stuffing it.

I actually use mine as a camera bag. I wished I watched this review before I bought mine. Didn't realize how hard it was to get stuff in and out. But at least it is the perfect size to fit my Instax camera plus box of film.

You're trying to put way too much stuff in there. It's not meant to carry that much. You can save space by taking out the card holder and using the slip pocket in the inside, for your money and cards, you will need for that day. When I want to carry alot of stuff, I will carry a bigger bag. I don't have a problem with mine.
