    But it's not fair or smart to lower the standards for the sake of diversity. It's unconstitutional, and if it was wrong before, then it's wrong now. You're not allowed to discriminate against straight white men. It's not allowed.

    Serious question: What/who/how do you determine if you are a minority? Father from Mexico and White Mother from USA, = 50% Hispanic/Latino. Or, maybe in a case where on Father's side, Grandmother is 1/2 black, Grandfather is 1/4 Native American? How is this decided? What about a case where a person is 25% black and 75% white - Non-Hispanic? It can get confusing real fast! Thanks!

    Very helpful, thanks. Can you inform what these 3 things mean, I think these are N/A in my case but would appreciate a second eye - 1) both side of all membership unit certificates issued (no specimen) plus next consecutive membership will not be issued 2) copy of membership unit transfer ledger 3) copy of membership or other options outstanding. I will really appreciate your help on this. Thanks

    I wish WMBE programs would be tossed in the trash where they belong. Having more than 50% of my hard earned business stolen from me simply for having the wrong genetalia is inexcusable. I support my family and started my business in the trenches, working from my studio apt making service calls in my barely mobile 98 Corolla. 8 years later and my business allows me to finally provide for my family only for the state to force 50% of my clients to use WMBE from a city nearly 70 miles away. I asked them bluntly "is this because I have a penis?" To which they replied "Sadly yes". We have always provided excellent service at extremely low costs. Merit should ALWAYS win but sadly we live in a world so focused on "opression" they create the very thing they think they're attempting to solve. Capitalism is colorblind STOP creating issues which don't exist you racist/sexist human scum.
