This floorplan starts at $540,990. The model home with all the upgrades is about $800,000. And I agree with you on the gas cooktop with no vent. Maybe they just did this for the model. This is a custom builder, so the buyer could definitely tell them to install some type of ventilation system. That is an odd placement, too. I would prefer it on the island so I can engage with family and friends while cooking and not have my back turned. Again, this is a custom builder. They'll change it to suit the customer's wishes 😀 😉
