"Wow" just love Waylon singing this one. I have a few versions of him singing this.. one of them is shared with Elvis & the other is a live one where he forgot his words which he apologised for, but put over miraculously well by laughing & his buggitty boos, ha,ha. What an entertainer he was the best. Thanks Ron for this pure clear recording. Well it's getting hot here now into the 80's & tomorrow even higher, will have to get the cooler fans out, don't like it this hot Ron, I used to when I was younger. Hope you & Parker are coping okay. It is supposed to be much warmer here today. Up near 90 again. Yesterday was really nice, barely made it to the lower 80s. I saw the one where he for got the words. That is a good one..

@@eaglewatcher290 90 is very hot. The "jet stream" has eventually moved which will allow warmer & drier conditions for us over here, starting on Monday at 73 degrees which is just right for me. Like you, I don't like too much heat as it takes all my energy. Cheers Ron & take care. 💖❤

Do you know our temperature is down 48 degrees with the wind coming from the Arctic, I just don't believe it. But in saying that back in 1975 we got snow the second week in June then after that we had a heatwave that lasted till the middle of September, not that I want a heatwave now at my age, but it would be nice if it got in the 70's. Brrr that is kind of cold for this time of year, It's 60 here right now. Supposed to be around 80. By the end of the week we are going to be in the mid 90s. That is too hot. I'm glad you liked the song. Waylon certainly does have a lot of great songs.
