Only thing you can do is to to try to submit the return as soon as you can to avoid delays, after that the company should take care of the rest, payment will be sent to your original payment or shein wallet.

Hi, Thanks for your video suggestion, as far as I know from someone that returned via QR code, you should get a QR code on your email, put the items on the polymailer or box, tape the package and take it over to the usps or ups, whichever one you chose when you requested a return and they should take care of the rest, I hope that helps, let me know how it does ✨

Hi, for me it wasn’t it will usually be required if your item was damaged

you have within 35 days to make a return, you will usually provide photos of the item if it was damaged

Hi, unfortunately if your items are non returnable you won’t be able to submit a return and will not get a refund ):

You need to drop it off at USPS or UPS or you can schedule a package pickup if you live far away

Even if you only made one order some packages will be sent separately but you will receive everything

Hi, You need to tape the label to the package. USPS and UPS are the shipping services. If you don’t have a printer you can use a family’s or friends printer or you can print it at your local library.

@@meganthomas328 Hi, I have only returned my items the way they were sent to me, I think its best to return it the same way you receive the items in the ziplocks, that way your won’t have a problem with your refund, if you’re unsure which ziplock belongs to which item you can go to the item description and under SKU number you can match the numbers to the ziplock bags.
