I always found Martians cute

I had the set 6573: Arctic Expedition as a kid! I used to take it out and plow actual snow in winter until my I couldn't feel my fingers 😁🥶. It gave me some of my favourite parts, being the trans light blue meteorite and the brilliant trans neon green spider ❤. Looking back at this set today, I can't help but find the plower really bulky and square and... Well... Juniorised. It didn't seem to bother me that much as a kid though. The little drone rover is great, using one part that I still love to this date: the M-Tron "2336 - Cockpit Space Nose". Also worth mentioning from my fond, nostalgia tainted, memories is that articulated arm, which I'd always rip off from that set and use instead in my Mech builds 😏. I was such a great MOCist as a kid... What happened to me 😧

I really dismiss the parts to piece ratio. Since sets like this heavily depend on smaller details. Like the many "cheeses" and 1x1 studs and other small bits and pieces to for instance make a door. By no means is a 1x1 equal to a 4x4 brick in value. That said the set is awesome. I'm gonna get it. But I also am offput a bit with the stickers. I had, as a kid sets from the golden age of lego castle, being the late 80s/90s. So everything was a print or even a cloth piece when it came to capes and flags. Stickers are a cheap way to add detail but they do not last. And that is my problem with the set. Yet I will get it to put it together with the other 90s anniversary sets. To make an awesome display.

Definitely planning to get this one. Agree with you that it would be great if LEGO would do a whole CASTLE line.

I think that’s the tax man for the wolf to rob. Two goats would have been nice. This will be my first castle set.🐐🐐

I love the build. miss the animals... but I have some I can add... would have been a AAA masterpiece with no stickers. I really like this direction of medieval with half of it being town. so much more play possibilities with this. Kinda a must have even with stickers.....

This is one I found a bit underwhelming, but my daughter LOVES it, so it will end up being a day-1 buy for us. As far as stickers go, unfortunately there are a bunch of them, which has been confirmed through interviews with senior designer of the set. I think the new shield is a print; but pretty much everything else you see (signs, shutters, tapestry) are stickers.

The very first lego set i ever got

Im sorry but this is full of absolutely amazing molds that we would be lucky to have even today, they just dont have printing because it wasnt a thing they could do well in that day and age. Based by your own criteria this list just fails (your own subjective one you have stated yourself) these figs are exceptionally faithful and therefore not ugly, its like saying model kits are not good representations of the characters just because they are not printed. Not to mention most of this list isnt even a minifigure per say anyway... does any brickbuild count?

So, I used to play the game off the lego site. It was actually a rather difficult game to beat, a platformer style that didn't have the best mobility

Honestly this list is pretty solid, I would swap the twilight and the hyena bomber droid. And also put plo loon star fighter higher up but either way a very solid list!

slave 1 or razor crest? both are the same price right now, but razor crest seems to be much larger

i just recently got the jango fett set with the hyperdrive for a good price (i know i’m a few years late) and i can already imagine it being one of my favorite sets ever, it’s also my first ever jango fett (not that lego has made that many 😂) so i’m excited to build it soon

With wach video you continue to raise the bar and create videos of higher and higher quality. Top notch sound throughout, and great visuals.
