LAFD Major Traffic Collision Response (Sylmar)
Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department were dispatched to the 14900 block of Hubbard Street for a traffic collision. First arriving units found a four vehicle crash with one overturned. Nobody was trapped. There were a total of eight patients with six of them being transported to area hospitals.

i think it's just a configuration response. Light Force = 1 engine + 1 truck | Task Force = 2 Engine + 1 Truck

Yes they did & looks like both frontline units are out of service Truck 27 & Engine 27. The 2010 KME is usually Engine 227. Temporary they’ll step in unit Engine 27 gets their frontline Pierce back. Station 27 in Hollywood is extremely busy area that I remember visiting the Westcoast
