    Yes Casey Viator vas undertrained and off steroids before the Colorado experiment, then he started training and got on the juice for the experiment. Not to mention that Arthur picked him because he has elite genetics.

    Why are you not starting this with the fact that this has been thoroughly and completely debunked? All of his data was blatantly faked, all of the food data is literally not how our bodies work.Casey admitted to juicing. Nautalis machines are great, it’s a shame he felt like he needed to lie to try and prove his system.

    You could easily invest in a bigger safety pipe pen and hook it from hole to hole to put your feet on just next to the pulley system and sit inside the rack without all that strap

      True - though I’ve tried something similar on and my feet never felt stabilized. The strap itself is also dual functional as it’s used as my safety system for lever arms

    Do you really need that many dumbbells? You can ditch a rack and have another piece of equipment.

      When I use them all, yes I do. I’ve found that the accessory rack has been best for use with the lever arms. It’s quite a functional piece outside of one traditional piece of equipment.

    This whole thing is like an all you can eat buffet or BS... it's like which one is the most delicious to choose. "Jones was very much against drug use..." Blah, blah, blah... Arty was extremely something and that something was pro-promotion to sell his stuff and make a story that would and still lasts the test of time. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what jabberwhoky this is but anyone who's done the time, packed on the muscle, knows you don't put on 63 (.37564) lbs of muscle in 29 days. Nope. Not. Drugs or not. As you can see above, it's also terrific to see how every reference of Casey's wt gains and losses are reported in minute details and truly unrealistic precision. For example, when it was reported that he lost muscle... why would anyone car to track that he lost exactly 18.76 lbs of muscle after the health emergency? It'd be "casey lost about 20 lbs"... Next, obviously, imagine in the 70's how they were measuring this gains / loss with such precision... image scans like the DEXA (which admittedly can't even do this level with certainty)? No... with calipers and scales... rocks and stones! The ONLY reason this is all reported with the .47563636 level of precision is it's a tool of psychological influence. When one sees this reporting the barriers to belief are reduced. We become inclined to believe, "well, of course that makes sense." What may be most quaint about this entire thing is how time has come to reflect on it. Given this is way in the archives of yesterday ... and years, it falls into a sort of folklore, a fable, something we give more credence to. It's a tale as tall as it is old and we sorta want to believe that Big Foot walked the earth and The CO EXP was real. The entire thing should be studied for it's marketing prowess and the role of a manic obsessive character like P.T. Jones... I mean Arthur... LOL!

    I saw a lever arm review but it was for titan. The guy complained about the “force curve”. Do you think the force curve feels weird

      Not when you’re lying flat. When you lay flat you get the true effect of the press. Many people will set upright and try to use it as a hammer strength or the like. I’ve found that ineffective. But in the flat position, it’s perfect.

    Fantastic setup. As I garage gym owner, I really appreciate efficiency of layout and smart equipment choices. I would have made many of the same. At the moment I'm waiting for my own Rep racks, and the funny thing is, I made the same choice about a dedicated rack for the Jammer arms. So many people say they don't use them, but it occurred to me that they were a pain because they get in the way on the main rack, something def not desirable. Really great attention to detail. Enjoy.

    Are there any companies manufacturing said machines today? Maybe his children have the design blueprints… I read somewhere that the current company changed the designs and made them less efficient….

    Soon the manufacturers will all have full articulation and lock out functionality making this unnecessary. Like your pins though!

      I’m not sure - many machines have that same standard range of motion without the articulation. All that means is they will cost a lot more. Plus if the articulation doesn’t have the natural feeling, it will make them uncomfortable.
