This musical project was born from the desire to experiment with improvising psychedelic jazz mantras. A shared fascination with the organic, fluid, and spiritual nature of minimalist improvised music fuels this collaboration. The objective isn't to find a polished product, but to capture the imperfect, the immediate, and the (subconscious) raw emotion that flows through musical expression.
This piece was entirely improvised in November 2023 without any preconceived idea of melody, structure, or words, caught on a laptop.
The video footage comes from a camera that Yvet left unattended on the ground during the total solar eclipse on April 8th 2024.
