is it made entirely out of plastic? I have one from IKEA & it makes plain water taste like an old water bottle sitting in the sun. smells & tastes like chemicals.

The 22" grill surface is enough for just my family or for a good sized bbq! Very easy to assemble. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spring for the PREMIUM version that had the ash catcher, but it works GREAT and I'm VERY happy I decided to do so. Being that it's a charcoal grill the temp control is lacking compared to a gas grill, but you should know what you're in for if you're buying one.Overall this is a GREAT grill that I'm very happy to own and love using! Spring for the upgraded premium that has the ash catcher and the hinged grill grate so you can add charcoal if needed. It's more than worth it!
