I designed a flight crash survival tool (rejected) . Ideally, the pilots slow the plane as much as possible and go nose up. Hot reject and The Nose comes off in one piece. All passengers retreat to the rear of the plane and the mid-section (with the wings and fuel break away. The outer doors shut inwards sealing everyone inside . Both capsules send mayday signals constantly. Parachutes open and it’s a rough ride but almost everyone lives. The rear capsule will stay afloat for 41 hours. The pilots get into a life raft very nifty.
