Turning Leaves Into Mulch for the Garden
Howdy fellow trash can composter. I have two going right now. Do you start with a pipe in the middle to help increase air flow? I have been thinking about doing a video about the trashcan compost method.
NOOO!! 😂 I cut a tree sapling down today with grass shears. Had about the same reaction.
👃❤
❤️❤️ Thanks for watching 😊
That’s so sad. I remember years ago I didn’t protect my blueberry bushes and I went out one day and the birds had eaten every last one of the berries. I feel your pain! 🥰
@JustDonnaMaria, sorry about your blueberries. Birds will rip a blueberry bush to shreds. Thanks for dropping in❤️❤️

Thank you 😊 The birds love it here❤
Mmmmm tea anyone?
Sounds delicious 😋 Thanks for watching 😊
Peace. The Most High, GOD is so good. Like it thought of all of these intricate details of every plant, water body, atmosphere, animal. I get so much joy basking in it. Stay prayed up directly to the Most High, GOD the omnipotent
Peace and light to you😇 Thanks for watching😊
Thanks for sharing!
Anytime. Thanks for watching❤️
What did they smell like?
To me, the flowers smell like basil and allspice.
You need to stop that and let the bees take what they need and you need to wait 2 to 6 weeks to the bees get everything they need from your garden can pull the top off or whatever you want on anything but when it starts flowering and seating that’s when the bees can suck that stuff up and take it back to their queen
Bees are definitely loved and valued members of our property. Thanks for caring about them, and thanks for watching😊
I snipped my blooms a few days ago and fed them to my chickens.
I bet they enjoyed that treat 😊
I didn't know about that. What do you do with the blooms? They do smell wonderful!
Sometimes I use them to flavor meals, and sometimes I just drop them in the garden bed. Thanks for watching😊
You can let go for a little while then cut them off close to base of the plant and it will come back and keep producing for you plus you'll start finding little seedlings popping up everywhere
Thanks for the tip. I would love to find seedlings everywhere😄 thanks for watching.
Very beautiful 😍
Thanks 😊 Thanks for popping in😊
Should i do this with my carnip?
If it is growing flowers, it means it’s getting ready to produce seeds. Once it produces seeds, the plant will stop growing. However, some people say that catnip is better harvested after it blossoms.
I’ve been talking to neighbors and we all agree that plants are doing weird things this year.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks so 😂
Nice
Thanks 😊
Yes, so beautiful and also the Cinnamon Basil does a good job attracting the pollinators!
It smells so nice too 😊 Thanks for stopping by:-)
❤❤❤
Thanks😊
A lot of good things happening! Beautiful plants! Have a wonderful week! ❤😊
Thank you. And thanks for popping in😊😊

So true, and a peaceful time at that 😊
Indeed it is 💯 Thanks for watching 😊
Lovely! Do you live in a Warm climate zone, please?
Thanks! I live in zone 7b -8a-ish. We have a long growing season. We do, however, get brutal winters. Thanks for stopping by😊
She looks lovely! You did such a great job! 😊😊😊❤❤❤
Awww, Thanks 😊 and thanks for watching😊

Thanks 😊
Thanks for the tour 🎉❤
Anytime, sis. Thanks for dropping in😊❤️
The best corn to grow baby corn is to plant popcorn. It produces many cobs but will not set more than 1 or 2 small cobs. I have picked 9 baby cobs from popcorn i bought from the supermarket
Thanks! I’ll certainly give that a try. Thanks for watching 😊
I just made a salsa with jalapeños and tomatoes from my garden 😊
Sounds like a good idea😋 I love my salsa with a little kick. Thanks for watching 😊
Such a joy to see them grow!
I can’t wait to see how they turn out.
I talk to my plants too❤❤❤.
😂 😅 ❤️
To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.
I like that. ☺️
Looks great.
Thanks 😊
Nice garden.
Thanks so much 😊
Those corns are really coming through.
Hopefully I will get some this season. Been trying for 4 years 😂
Those volunteer plants will pop up any and every where. Don’t they?
Love volunteers 😊
Had several volunteer tomatoes come up this year. Have had great tomatoes from them.
They must not be hybrids as they don't usually produce an enjoyable fruit. Or they produce a type of cherry tomato.
Volunteer tomatoes seem to always deliver. I’m hoping the ones in my yard are cherry tomatoes. Thanks for watching😊
@@Mylittleveganhomestead pretty sure my volunteers are either damaged tomatoes I dropped into the bed last year or seeds that germinated in the compost that I topped dressed with.
We have tarantulas. They are harmless to people but still give me the heebie jeebies.
I haven’t seen one of those spiders since I was a kid. They definitely creep me out.
Wow amazing garden ❤
Thanks 😊 it’s a work in progress. Thanks for watching😊
I love them in omlettes! Cross between a bishops crown and a willy pepper 🗝🙏
They do have a nice flavor. Thanks for watching😊
@Mylittleveganhomestead perfect for people who like the taste of the chillies, but not too much heat! 🗝
