We initially invested 760,000 baht in purchasing the condo, and with a renovation budget of 500,000 baht, we spared no effort in turning this space into a modern oasis. Now, we have listed our revamped condo with a real estate agent for 12,000 baht a month, aiming for an impressive over 10% return on investment.
The transformation was comprehensive - we gutted the apartment, redid the roof, upgraded the floors, rewired the electrics, and revamped the walls. Our focus was on creating a space that balances modern aesthetics with practical functionality. The kitchen is now fully equipped with an oven, hot plate, and range hood, while the bathroom boasts a laundry area, a luxurious rain shower, and a spacious vanity.
Storage was a key consideration for us, and we've ensured ample space to keep everything organized. The apartment is furnished with brand-new items, including a comfortable bed, an electric couch, a top-notch TV, and an IPTV box with high-speed internet included.
