Yep Reverse is an ost for a japanese drama (based on a manga). PV stands for promotional video which is like a teaser to promote the drama. This only a short version though and the full-length song will come out next month. The King Kong/Reverse part you saw in the description is the album title - they are releasing both songs as two title tracks of one single album. The main lead also kinda looks like Yoshi to me too!!
