I use a small amount of modge podge on two fingers and put the napkin between the two fingers and tap. I have good luck doing it that way. Another thing, what if you just started separating the napkin and then when you need it, it’s ready for you to finish pulling it apart. Just a thought. Really cute!

Hi! I wondered about the decoupage paper holding up when left in a book for some time. Have you used these and know that the decoupage is stable - doesn't peel or stick to the book pages - when left in place for a while? No additional sealing of any kind needed? Thanks!! <3
