You obviously work for perfection. Why don't you stop the rub down and repaint option. You would lose work but your mental health will benefit and you will keep your workforce smaller and happier. Great insight into a very well run business

Due to the high quality of your work, I can see you are in great demand. I can imagine that there are days when you have to juggle multiple tasks at once, which can be very stressful, especially if you're conscientious.

Completely understand the frustration from people not replying. We need to understand though, what a person needs to be earning to afford brickwork restoration, it’s thousands and so completely out of 90%+ people’s price range, they do not even know what to respond with. Many feel embarrassed even asking when they get the quote and it is eye watering for them

How can you make a 12mm that you cleaned out look like a 6 mm ??? Point it twice with coloured motar first then grind and fill with a lime colour maybe??

Great way to start my day, bang on my Beats and tuck into London Repointing before I’m even out of the sack. Kev you need to consider going National son, I love period architecture and live in a Conseration Area in the North East, we have a of lot impressive old buildings reflecting what our town once was which was at the forefront of the major industries of the day. Period Areas across the nation would benefit greatly from an expansion of London Repointing.. love your work boys and the videos.

If you don’t hear from them mate within a week give them a bell 40 years subcontracting that’s the one thing with quotes is to contact them after if you don’t hear back. Really liking the new format….1 1/2 hours in a day is a treat Restored the windowsills on my little Victorian terrace this year thanks to watching your vids….stripped em back,filled with toupret (taking way too long obsessing over the edges) Painted f+b down pipe…you wouldn’t believe the compliment’s I get from my neighbour’s Absolutely love that little green colour on the first house…understated/classy Fascinating about every one of them faces been different….bet people never usually give them a second thought
