I'm terribly sad about the man who did not get to leave that venue alive, Corey Comperatore. His family and friends are in my prayers (go ahead and scoff if it makes you feel superior). I am also concerned and pray for the men who are still in the hospital, David Dutch and James Copenhaver. Their injuries may permanently change their lives depending on how well they can heal their bodies and minds. And of course I am praying for President Trump. Knowing that he came so close to having his life ended will probably be a much deeper wound than the thankfully superficial one to his ear. I am also thinking about how the reportage and reaction of his political supporters would have been had the attempt been made on a different former president (D). This proves everything negative that is said about Trump supporters, including our so-called "elite" law enforcement agencies, is blatantly false and actually slander/libel.

Hi, how are the common terms if licensee sell product in a country where the patent was not protected, a patent issued by USPTO only protected in USA, how about licensee sell in Canada etc… thanks

Hello, I have a question about maintenance fee so if you can answer I would appreciate it. I will start selling on amazon in US. I will launch a product that is similar to a product on amazon. I checked and they have utility patent that expired on 08/30/2019 due to non-payment of maintenance fee. As far as I know they have 2 years window to pay the maintenance fee. Its been almost 5 years now they didnt pay the fee. So when I start selling they will want to stop me using their patent. My question is: Can this abandoned patent be revived? If yes then I dont want to start selling on amazon. Thank you
