The social security tax cap at 168,000 also has to be removed so that the rich people pay on every dollar. As people don't have any children they'll be an older and older population and trying to live unless in 2000 a month and this country such

Social security was never meant to be live on. It was a supplement of people that normally in the old days would get pensions and stuff that they don't do no more as the big shot money man are cutting people's benefits and more people working for nothing nowadays. Senior citizens next year are getting less than 3% social security raise in january with groceries at 30% up stuff like that this government stinks!! Thanks joey and COMMIELA AMERICA FIRST

It has been an uphill battle being her advocate getting what she is entitled to in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is currently in a program in Devens Massachusetts called Aspire and we are truly thrilled that she has a place there. Thank God for all you people that help everyone with some form of special needs. God Bless.

Supplemental Social Security is what is killing it, because Supplemental Social is going to the ones who never work in this Country, I worked my A.. off from 1971 to 2006 and what do I get and I was making good money , I can't hardly buy Bread or Eggs and now Harris and Biden are giving all the Illegals free everything . I am planting my Green Pepper, Tomatoes, Pineapple and I dug a beautiful Sweet potato this morning. Thank God I didn't have to buy these. Open your eyes you idiots who thinks that Harris is going to give you anything IF she win, she will kick you under the BUS, all she wants now is your VOTE and then you are in La La Land. THINK.

They took my SSI away from me once I started getting SSDI for some unknown to me reason. My back went out on me in 2007 and I applied for SSDI and was put on SSI until it started. One thing I don't understand is that one of my son's ( against my feelings) got on SSI and still continues to get it even though he also receives a SSDI . His mother and doctors were the ones responsible for that even though he has hardly ever worked a consistent job in his life! I worked for over 35 years and paid in to SS . I don't understand how that is possible !

I look at some comments here. I am a 65 year old man. I left school in 73 I was 14 years old. I went and got working papers my mom and dad had to sign them so I could go to work. I started 20 straight years for a supermarket chain. had to get back surgeries Spinal fusion in 94 . went back to in 97 but by 04 I was told by the company that the insurance company advised them to lay me off cause I am a high risk of more back surgeries. I had to go on social security disability. but what I am getting at is. if you don't work and pay taxes into social security you shouldn't be getting a penny from social security. it was put in place for people who worked and paid taxes into social security. THIS IS WHY SOCIAL SECURITY IS RUNNING OUT OF MONEY. IF THESE DAM POLITICIANS CRIMINALS DIDN'T START GIVING WORKING PEOPLE MONEY AWAY THERE'S NO PROBLEM WITH SOCIAL SECURITY. CAUSE WHEN PEOPLE RETIRE OR GET HURT AND CAN'T WORK. THERE'S STILL MONEY GOING IN SOCIAL SECURITY FROM THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING. BUT THEY ARE GIVING OUR MONEY TO EVERYONE OF COURSE ITS GOING TO RUN OUT OF MONEY NOT PUTTING MONEY IN JUST GIVING OUR MONEY AWAY. COMMON SENSE BUT NOBODY HAS ANY COMMON SENSE. YOU PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING AND PAYING TAXES INTO SOCIAL SECURITY. YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR POLITICIANS CRIMINALS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD TO STOP STEALING OUR MONEY CAUSE ITS NOT GOING TO BE THERE FOR YOU WHEN THE TIME COMES FOR YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY YES ITS YOUR MONEY NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S MONEY

Thanks Leo and The Arc. Your advocacy makes an enormous impact on the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Having our basic rights codified in these critical regulations makes them available to all and ensures they are enduring. Regulations may sound boring but they are fundamental and life changing for our constituents and their families.

I pay $750 in rent, which is a sweet heart deal, when most rents now are $900 up . Landlord did not get around in putting up dated Storm Windows, and new back door exterior doors. I get the $943 =plus a month for Milwaukee, WI, But told I need 44 more Working points. I have a chronic disability, low circulation, get edema and ulcers on feet that takes up to 3-4 month to heal, side effect from Rocky Spotted fever, TIC BITE. Edema in hands in arms if used too long. Tried 2-3 times through DVR to attend to earn a degree in a job direction, but because I was NOT Wheel Char Bound, I was expected to be on my feet too long walking to bus stop waiting, then at MATC, then bus home again. and ended up unable to continue in school to earn the credits. On my own I tried to seek jobs, because if I tried with SS. and the job did not work out I was told to get back on SSI I would have to reapply , and the could mean NO SSI, loose rental, until SS decided I qualified,. I have an ability in art, but after RENT, did not know about energy assistance until 2003 , but 340 dollars in winter i continued to keep heat at 47-50 in winter just so the pipes did not freeze. I continued to do without use of Stove and Fridge, too costly. Water heater I set on Vacation. other wise that $349 energy assistance would be gone in 2 months. It is May and temp went down close to freezing.
