Joan Hickson. What a treasure ❤. In no way do I have a problem with the fact that there is music. I figure there's a good reason. I do not know if the music is connected to sponsorship, but in all these books the music is exactly what does not in any way work with the book. Not that the music is bad. It is wrong. Wrong for the books.

Please fix the transcript machine. Otherwise, I always enjoy these stories and readers.

Hugh Fraser. I find he displays his MASTERFUL (!!!!) ability to slide in and out of characters and their voices fantastically performed in this Christie book. Just go to timestamp 1:46:55 (Ch. 8), sit back, and enjoy. Actually, go ahead and have a good laugh. BRAVO!!!

I have a hard time hearing what this lady is saying. She doesn't enunciate. So annoying.

Why does the story stop and music start?

Suchet is good, but he is less than half as good as Hugh Fraser as a Christie narrator.

Like joan Hickson but tbe slurring in several of these are not easy to listen too perhaps sound quality. I normally enjoy but have to move on

Music placement seems a bit odd to me. I could see it following the hostel owner's resting on the wall and before she's found by the bobby. Or before Patricia's found. Just in the middle of non dramatic phone call hardly seems to warrant it.

PART 2, the ending to the previous audiobook. Love reading/listening to Agatha, possibly the greatest murder mystery writer that ever lived.~imo

The music break is horrible. Why do you have to ruin a great narrator and story I won’t listen again.

I wonder whether the 'loss of memory' idea was inspired by Dame Agatha's own experience?

Excellent accents. New Zealand voice so well done.. Prefer Stephanie Cole reading Marple to other female narrators. She keeps all the voices distinctive and doesn't sound weird doing the male voices. Very easy to listen to and so well done.

People seem to think the ads come with the video. AFAIK, they're injected by CZcams. I finally gave in and paid for CZcams Premium, and haven't seen or heard an ad since. I'm not saying it would be worth it _for you,_ just that it's not the fault of this -crea...- channel.

The commercials are just to much sometimes, I stroll to something else that doesn't have as many ads

Not enough (if any) differentiation between voices...maybe a few 'he said' 'she said' would help!

I really like Stephanie Cole. Very very good. The only thing wrong is the New Zealand accent. Noone can do a good kiwi accent to be fair. Lol. Sounds more like the way people used to do Australian accents. Im an ex kiwi, now Australian. But shes a brilliant narrator.

Something has gone a bit wrong with the upload - at the 1 hour mark, rap music suddenly starts playing & then it skips ahead to chapter 25, missing out a whole chunk of the book.

Colonel Bantry is back from the dead! Lol Weird how Christie killed the character off when she knew this novel would be published after she killed him off years earlier...

Hugh Fraser is an amazing narrator, switching characters so smoothly!

I don't really mind the musical interlude. However it would be super nice of the music flowed with the tone of the story and not such a jarring cachophy.
