I love her mid belts so much as much as I love Whitney’s & Gaga’s. ❤ I also think she’s a natural Mezzo with well developed higher belts. Her chest voice does not sound like any type of Soprano to me, and her upperbelting technique especially how she modifies her placement or her vowels screams Mezzo to me.

She is consistent from lowest to highest. May mas itataas pa and overall kahit underrated belter sya obvious naman na sya ang pinakaversatile at international quality❤❤❤

I am an ignorant mess about all these technicalities. What i know though, is that Sarah sings the best. Her high notes are not ear piercing as if there is no tomorrow, and her vibrato is pleasant to the ears and are not fake, and above all, her emotions are pure. Happy songs with Sarah will lighten your spirit, and her sad songs are heart wrenching and even when you have no issues worthy of crying, she gives you an issue to feel the pain. Sarah is by nature a good person. And those who for no reason bashes her, are just delusional and evil.

She is truly a global force with her voice. I really love her mids particularly her A4s-C5s. Her upperbelts are surprisingly powerful too. She has such a dark soulful tone. I can really hear the undeniable similarities with Beyonce.

Sarah G. is an Incomparable Performer in her generation. She is a dancer actress and above all best singer can sing different genre. ❤❤❤

Her chest voice has evidently thickened a bit and lowered for about 1 whole tone since the pandemic. In the past, her natural chest voice in neutral larynx had already been showing some noticeable broadway Mezzo-like thickness since 2004 (“Pahiram”). It thickened even more during her 20’s when her voice started maturing in a way that is very similar to Beyonce’s and prime Sharon’s. And now in her 30’s, her chest voice has still gone even thicker than ever. From having the tendencies to sound like Beyonce, she now has the tendency to sound like Vina Morales when she’s using her current natural voice. Her voice has lowered, but her chest range has ironically increased. It only shows how technically capable and persistent Sarah really is. Even though she’s disguising as a light lyric Soprano ala-Regine and Celine Dion through the years with the use of mixing, hypernasal singing, compression, airy singing, high-larynx technique, and high breathing technique, her natural voice has always been naturally thick, deep, and lower than the usual voice we typically hear from most local belters in the industry. But due to her persistence in studying various techniques and vocal placements, she can still hit those high Soprano notes with thickness and in different colors, shapes, and textures. Her chest voice boasts a strong upward Mezzo punch in her mids. She can sound thick & belty in notes as low as C#4 without having to block her nasal resonance, exaggeratedly open her mouth, nor sing in her loudest volume. The projection of her lower mids is upwards which as indication of a low tessitura. She can produce robustness in this area while still sounding congruent to her natural modal tone. There are also times when she’s having the tendency to sound Androgynous (like Bamboo & Michael Jackson) in her lower mids. Her voice naturally takes off at F#4-G4 in a neutral larynx position, and she normally starts to naturally mix at G4 without losing the fullness in her tone. Her vibrato is noticeably thick and very Mezzo-like in quality. The power of her mids, specifically in notes G#4-C5, is like a combination of Shirley Bassey’s and Whitney Houston’s while her tone sounds like a distinct combination of Beyonce’s, Vina Morales’, and Sharon Cuneta’s. Her mids contain this compact & booming Mezzo-like resonance that contains no hollowness. In her current voice, her mids tend to sound Dramatically thick like Adele’s or Katy Perry’s at times. The thickness just naturally comes out in her mids even without removing the nasal resonance, without being hyperchesty, and even without overdepressing her larynx. Her passaggio is also lower than the typical passaggio of a local female belter. Her upperbelts, on the other hand, are also STRONG and DIVERSE in quality. She has the most diverse sounding upperbelts in the country. She can sound chesty, balanced, and heady depending on what the song needs, how many songs she’s going to sing that day, and her voice condition on that particular day. She can also emulate the COMPLEX techniques of Celine Dion, Lara Fabian, Whitney, Aretha, Mariah, and Beyonce that we don’t always hear from typical local high-pitched belters. She is capable of using various complex techniques to be able to bring her thick Mezzo voice into the Soprano territory. She’s now approaching her late 30’s, yet she’s still belting some of her smoothest and thickest G5’s even when her voice is in a hoarse condition, and it’s because of her strong support muscles and her great mastery of breathing placement. It only shows how great Sarah’s technique really is. She is indeed a very technically knowledgeable singer with a well developed chest voice, a well developed mixed voice, and strongly developed support muscles. To have a passaggio this early in her range while also having a significantly weighty chest voice and still be able to bring that thickness up to G5/G#5 is no joke. Her support muscles are really strong.
