Self Improvement will NOT make you successful…
In this video I yap about how people misunderstand self improvement and how we have adapted to the illusion that we are getting somewhere when we perform these actions. We tend to think that self improvement is so productive to the point where we are achieving something, when in reality, we aren't getting any closer to our goals. Unless your main goal in life is to be an absolutely shredded olympia winner, become a model, and or obtain the most intelligance in routines, communications and such, self improvement activites should not be a main priority. I say this as someoene who was addicted to self improvement and would prioritize it every single day of my life. To this day I still read, go to the gym, meditate, and take care of myself, but I don't spend hours doing such actions because I have found a passion/goal to aim towards.
