I experienced alot of problm while fring with sig sauer p320.i hope its a problm of weak firing pin and lots of missed bullet.Can anyone help me out?

Is that a 1/16 pin punch you are using??

New gun owner here-very good instructions with one exception-you cut out the cleaning process giving no information as to what you should and shouldn’t use for cleaning agents on the striker assembly.

Thanks for making the video. I just bought a sp2022 and I was looking for disassembly videos when i came across your video. The slide disassembly is pretty much exact, especially when removing the firing pin. I appreciate the help with your video and it made cleaning the slide of the sp2022 so much easier.

Got my sig p365 X mag release extender in yesterday and put it in. Much better now.

Yup I had a 1 piece retainer cup but I accidentally let go of the striker spring and launched it into orbit never to be seen again

Interesting stuff. I’ve got about 40k thru various 365 platforms. Mostly through the x Mac and the xmac frame w and xl slide compensated. Such a great pistol series. Recently I cut an x Mac frame to fit an old standard 365. Added a threaded tru barrel. Thing shoots well. No dot on that and the standard sights function fine w that extra inch or so. Makes for a super light gun w a longer barrel than the x Mac that I could throw a comp on if I wanted.

I thought the competition action job lowered your trigger. Pull weight to 2.75

Everytime I clean my P320 the pin at 6:06 is sticking out evenly on both sides, is that normal?

Is this the best trigger you would recommend for the p365?

I have this XL and it's a great product, would it be possible to have XXL one day?

An eye opener for me was when you said that cleaning after every firing might be seen as 'excessive'. I clean mine every time, even if I've only run 100 rounds through it.

For the heck of it I went over to the Ramm web page and took a gander at their video. Same product, nice guy but you bury him in quality, process, ease of understanding etc. Without a doubt you have some of the highest quality DIY videos available on the internet. Great job, I know these videos take an inordinate amount of time and I knew you were talented but now with a direct head to head production , you have no peer!

Thanks brother, got mine out in about three minutes using a paper clip and flipped back in in two tries, making sure not to drop the spring.

I have a sig that will not lock back p320 because the guide rod placed in incorrectly slide will not lock back to turn the down the take down lever I am stuck

It took me no time to order two of these tools after watching the video. The design of the tools makes it clear what the proper procedure is for removing the striker without the tools, which, of course, is what lead me to the video. These tools will make the striker channel cleaning part of the regular maintenance. Thank you so much.
