So you will need an affidavit from your friends and family. They will basically just have to explain in their letter that they know you personally and know that you and your partner are together, maybe they have spent some time with you (hang out) and that maybe you have visited their home. Something like that. And that has to be notarized.

Yes, I think you can submit it at the same time. I actually didnt realized that there 2 i130 forms. I was looking at the instructions online and it says if you are applying for your spouse and if he/she is outside of the US they still need to fill out the I130a form but doesn't have to sign the form. You can go to uscis.gov to check the instructions. 👍

Pero nag apply kami last year for removal of condition. Pero Sabi naman ng lawyer pede ng mag apply ng us citizenship.

I believe the petition/sponsor is not allowed to come to your interview, only the applicant. When you get to that point you are already approved by USCIS and NVC that means you passed the process of proving your relationship for the most part. Your evidence would be the documents you have submitted to start the process.

We were really blessed to get my visa really fast. I'm not sure if the process will be faster or slower. I think it really depends on the load of cases that the embassy is working at. I would probably try and check with a local immigration lawyer to get the average wait time or maybe a CZcams channel that's talking about US visa processing in Hong Kong. 😊

I honestly don't remember if I did. I know I did get Noa1. My lawyer might have gotten it and informed me but I might've just completely forgotten.

Hi, I know we submitted a 2x2 photo. I think it was the USCIS stage. But I don't remember during the NVC stage and I don't think the petitioner needs to submit any photos.
