Can we set contents of the Predecessors to be the Task ID instead of Task Name? When we have so many tasks, it becomes difficult to trace the names which are sometimes the same, and not sorted chronologically.

Hi Stephanie! With the Free Template, you can create a WBS with tasks and subtasks. You can't set dependencies; this is a feature available in our full PPM product for SharePoint. With BrightWork, you can calculate the timeline with an in-browser scheduler and export the task list to Excel. Hope that helps! Is the template per project? or can you list multiple projects?

Hi! Thanks for the video. But in real life, users are very confuses with the generated tasks and so on...So, in my 'old-school' opinion, better way is to implement full custom solution for approval instead of using build-in.

Hi Philip. Yes - the SharePoint project site in this video is based on the Classic Experience. BrightWork is based on templates for different types of projects and processes. Each template has a customized quick launch to support the project. Hope that makes sense!
