The term recision is batted about. Contraction in growth. Well hell yes, if there's not you should be very worried. How can a prosperous free market continue without knocking down some cobb webs from time to time? Darwinism.
I may be under-weighted with only 75% of my savings in PMs.
With a dollar dwindling in value, to hold it as cash in any great amount will result in unacceptable losses. Stocks in general will get slammed when dedollarization accelerates, and only a certain select few miners will do well, so precious metals right now are a safe place to be IMHO.
Bad news: I’m female and I watch this stuff, but of the 16 Meyers/Briggs personality types, divided by sex, I am among the INTJ females, the rarest type, about one in a thousand. You’ll have quite a few more INTJ males, I suspect (many libertarians, engineers, physicists, math teachers, programmers, and architects). I was attracted to the more social (feminine?) sciences of communication (marketing, education, peace negotiation) and valuation (economics, trade, limited government). Dispute resolution and avoidance. I’m afraid there are more Sensates in the world than iNtuitives, so reaching the Sensates probably requires dropping a real coin into their hands, and not just talk about mining cycles and fiat currencies. And I don’t think they will ever trust Bitcoin (tangible wealth is required by the majority). Gold rings are popular with the Sensate females.
