How I miss those cars......... The sound was tremendous. Saw the Montreal GP for last time in 2013 when the cars sounded great. IMO they are more like video games now.....

Look how small and nimble the cars used to be. The safety car looks huge compared to them. Nowadays the safety car looks small compared to the ocean liner sized F1 cars.

@@TillyP ok, lets look. During the V8 period this car is from there were zero deaths. Same with the V10 era. In fact there were zero from 1995 until 2014. Guess what happened in ‘14? V6 era where the cars started getting bigger and heavier. The current V6 era has more the deaths than the previous V8 and v10 eras combined.

Saddly Again so Slow i thought they Go Full Beans and cris the 919 Laptime. Sadly it’s a sunday Drive and Not a fastlap
First the 919 is just a faster car than the RB7, at Spa the RB8 was like 7 seconds slower than the 919 (had to use RB8 qualifying lap as the RB7 had rain) and on a track triple the length that would add up. Also Vettel barely knows the track (I dont even know if he has even driven the track before this event) so he will be alot more tentative than Timo Bernard a 10 time class winner at the Nurburgring 24 so track knowledge would also help massively and that would be a another big time loss for the RB7. Also the setup of the car, the RB7 would have to run quite high to deal with the bumps and quick elevation changes which would slow it down more.
Waste of time and energy. Go hard or go home...

Beide RB sind mit erneuerbarem Sprit unterwegs gewesen. So sehr mir die Klimakleber auch auf den Sack gehen, und so sehr ich auch der Meinung bin, dass die beiden RB alleine auf der Strecke besser aufgehoben gewesen wären, dein Drang, Klimakleber und Ökoterroristen hier anzubringen ist echt beknackt.
Na ja, musst Dich einfach nur weiter entwickeln, wie die Welt es auch geschafft hat, dann tut es nicht mehr so weh.
@spec10 Sorry for this being in English. But they really shouldn't have been alone, they are great drivers but they probably never have done any laps at the Nordschlife and if they were let to go flat out there is the possibility of them crashing from lack of knowledge. This would be bad for RB and Nurburgring as they would have to rebuild the barriers, remove the car and also push back the start time of the NLS race later in the day and then for RB they could have 2 championship winning cars absolutely totaled and also just the saftey concerns for both Vettel and DC.
This is useless At least Seb got to drive his car But other than that this is 100% pointless "driving" F1 car on this track
