I think he gained muscle for this season aswell, and started approaching the game like chess. Wanted to get back to the finals, didn’t care what it looked like Also Gasol developed a consistent jumper that made the triangle offense even more unstoppable. Derek Fisher brought the veteran presence and composure. Trevor Ariza made huge improvements, developed a consistent three ball and hustled for the ball any chance he got. Lamar kept doing his thing, making the extra passes, rebounding, athletic ability/length to finish at the rim Jordan Farmar made big time shots as a role player with talent Shannon Brown emerged as a highlight film guy and had some shot making ability Sasha Vujacic was streaky but was capable of big time shots Andrew Bynum was injured all season, but was phenomenal in the prior seasons, he was resorted to a defensive presence in the rim, didn’t get to showcase his offensive talent this season Guys like Ronny Turiaf and Radmonovic were great fits for the team too, but they went to other teams so that ariza, farmar and brown had room to step up
