Only thing I'd say is that's its good she has kept the Schengen coupling as it has made her one of a kind 73 that has it! you never know she may have a eurostar power car behind her at somepoint as intended 😏

Yeah as I mentioned it's going to be a sentinel working the line, very unique for the southeast! Looking forward to going back at the end of September for the diesel electric day!

Means alot as that's what I've tried to achieve, this place needs to be on the Map, I think now that I've been to all the railways, any gauge based in the swale area need a big shove to realise what they've got in their back yard and help promote them!

@@TRAVELMANOFKENT Oh god! 🤣 It was at 9:45 in the morning when we got Churchill up to Dungeness, but when we got back to New Romney, the kicked all the passengers and replaced Churchill with Northen Chief with 2 more extra coaches (as it was a bike rider charter railtour) then on the return back up to Dungeness, we got Doctor Syn with the bar car, then back at New Romney, they changed locos with Green Goddess! 😁 It was a fun dayout! Sorry we ruined your video if we did sing in it! 😅🤣

What that is amazing! Lovely little loco I don't think I've ever seen a polly 1 before, but glad it's helping put your club on the map and you enjoyed it!

Very underrated place! I would highly recoomend if you love steam trains like I do, as plenty of variety if different types of loco from narrow gauage to standard gauge!

Yes definatley, always used to spend my Sundays down there watching the miniature railway and if there was any rc boats on the lake!

@@TRAVELMANOFKENT it confirmed the bitter disappointment I encountered upon seeing it - I thought "what the heck is this?" In short it's an utter embarrassment for Margate, the home of Hornby, I live up the road from it and its positively shocking - when it re opened last September, everything went up in price 33%, even sales stuff was increased by 33% - the cafe does superb sausage rolls - to die for - but only a month ago they did the worst thing - you've guessed it, a price increase on sausage rolls of 33%! Nothing is sacred anymore

Was so gutted! got there half hour early to maksure I had a good spot aswell 🤣
