    I found this beautiful practice early this morning. 4am. Love the live and deep respect you have for one another ❤ I went back to sleep 6:30 to 8am and my daughter woke me up from a dream where I was hugging my Mum who is now in heaven. It felt so real. Thank you both for all gifts that you share.

      I know I know, it's everywhere. Even "sneaky tucking" cues like "lengthen the tailbone" in standing. But hang in there - it's all about unlearning

    That is so interesting that our obliques are stronger on our non dominant side. That's why I don't understand why , in the forearm plank we don't have the non -dominant arm forward twice instead of the dominant arm. Wouldn't the non dominant arm forward twice even things out more? Thanks !

    what does "move your public bone down" mean? How do you do it?

    Portland Maine. I took a class in the early 1990’s with Judith which taught me the origins of restorative yoga

    I have a hard time finding yoga focus on low back that works for me. This video does a lot of backbend. I have grade 2 spondylolisthesis. L4 slide over L5. Have been told backbend eg boat upward dog aggravate forward sliding of the lumbar spine. Does your class have any focus on this type of spine problem? Actually this condition is quite common. Thank you

    Arriving a week late for this Sunday savasana session, yet right on time❤ After one blanket backbend, I felt safe. Being with my breath continued this sentiment during pranayama savasana, feeling safe, natural, merciful, and gracious. Thank you for this generous offering.

    Hi Lizzie, thank you for this! As a restorative yoga teacher, this breakdown is extremely helpful. Question for you -- have you ever heard from students that they feel a slight undercurrent of nausea / dizziness in this pose? And if you have, any suggestions for realignment or modifications? I heard this recently, so just wanted to see what you thought.

      Yes, you can always do less. Start slowly and see how the student tolerates this pose. Above all, listen to your student and trust yourself. Your student might want to see a health care professional if nausea/dizziness is an ongoing issue. Hope that helps!
