저라면 그런 용도로는 쓰지 않을 것 같습니다~(아직 테스트해보지는 않았지만...) 가정용으로 한번 볶으면 두 주 정도 먹는 사이클이 딱 맞는것 같아요. 이런 제품들을 보면 Shop에서 전문적으로 쓰는 것들이 왜 비싼지가 보입니다. 이 제품은 잘 조율해서 쓰면 좋은 로스팅을 할 수 있지만, 얼마나 튼튼한가는 또 다른 차원의 이야기 같습니다.

@@branding- 감사합니다~ 네... 개인적인 생각이지만, 많은 분들이 오해하시는 부분이 바로 그것인 것 같아요. 마치 Shop에 있는 엄청 비싼 기계가 맛도 몇배 더 좋을 것이라는... 궁극적인 차이는 손님들이 몰려도 온도와 압력이 동일하게 유지될 수 있도록 마치 탱크와 같은 제품이라는 것이죠. 그러나 한잔의 Quality로 본다면 수동 에스프레스 머신도 기계를 잘 이해하고 좋은 원두로 잘 조절하면 Shop Quality Shot을 뽑을 수 있다고 믿습니다. 제 커피관련 초반 영상중에 10여년전에 처음 로스팅을 바베큐 그릴로 한게 있는데, 정말 향이 엄청 났어요. 과정은 지저분 하지만 아직도 차고 가득히 번지던 그 직화 로스터의 향을 잊을 수 없답니다.

Yes, It's all same roaster from china... They just name differently here and there. But it's suprisingly good! Just make sure their software is up to date.

Oh, Sorry... I haven't used Hobart Trek 180. I mainly buy this for Off-Roading Quick Fix Purpose. Cuz, its Max time is 15min. But, I checked other reivew and they said, enough power for various tough job!!

To be honest, Not really... As long as amount of coffee is limited by container. But you still can try different density(Grinder Setting) or Roasting Variation(Medium? Dark). Cuz I always think taste of coffee is really subjective...
