8020 Table Assembly Table - MFT Style
This MFT Style assembly table was a large undertaking but I've never been more happy with a shop project. It is all made of 40 series aluminum from 8020. It was inspired by The Garage Journal (czcams.com/channels/bzLsCc3r3Mae27Yyw7UF0g.html)
Comment below and I'll send you my order file from 80/20.
I also went ahead and made a smaller table with 25 series aluminum for my outfield table. Both tables have incredible amount of storage.
Let me know what you think and comment down below!

This is a short installation video of the Rockler Dust Right 4' Hose onto an existing dust collection run with norfab piping.
Very nice. That’s a very expensive assembly, but very nice.
can you please send the parts list?
Email me d2woodshop@gmail.com
Id love to get your order file so I can order the same.
CAN YOU SEND ME YOUR ORDER FILE
Would love to see your list. The choices on the 8020 website are bewildering.
Wow !
have you tried using t-track clamps from rockler or powertec in t slots on the Aluminum extrusion by chance?
Nicely done but what type of top rail corner brackets did you use that allowed you to keep all four corners open for T-slot access rather than butted together like you see on so many benches, something that prohibits access to the T-slots??
Nice build..looking to do something similar. Could you share the build list/order file with me?
Nice looking workbenches! Would you be able to send me the order list from 8020? For both benches?
Email me at d2woodshop@gmail.com
Very cool video. I’m looking to build a new workbench my self.
Do you sell the template to router the ends?
I don’t but I just made a quick and dirty jig out of some scrap Baltic birch ply and it worked great.
Can you send parts list?
email me @ d2woodshop@gmail.com
Thanks for this. What kind of PVC is best to connect to the Dust Right hose? Plain end, or the sewer drain end pipe that is flared out a bit at the end? Thanks for your help.
Can you please send me your order file from 8020?
Hey, really enjoyed the video. I subscribed and liked this video...I know this video is kind of old but I was wondering if I could see your invoice for the 80/20 order? Thanks
Nice Work!!! please send the file
where's the connectors? Please post a list of the parts, especially the connectors...thkx
I'm sorry if I missed it, but may I ask the cost of the 8020 aluminium parts excluding the plywood for the drawers? Thanks.

hello...great table, please share order file. Thank you!!

Cool build! Will you share your order list with me?
Great work, and thanks for sharing... Do you have a parts list for the Aluminum extrusion, and the place where you purchased them.. Appreciate your help on that.
Email me at d2woodshop@gmail.com
hey, i admire your work.... I handle alot of aluminum works, but your project is way larger than any that i have done...
Awesome build. This is exactly what I have in mind. Care to share your order file?

Thanks for the video. I Liked and subscribed. I also watched the The Garage Journal workbench video. I will send you an email in the next few minutes for your order parts list. Thanks for the video and making your parts list available.
Are you still giving out your order file? It would be much appreciated. Thx I'm looking to build a similar table for my workshop.
Shoot me an email at d2woodshop@gmail.com and I’ll send it over
@@d2woodshop687 hey i sent you an email, hopefully when you have a chance you can send me the file as well please.
Do you make and sell something like this? 6'x4' maybe?
ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO! Is it too late to obtain a parts list?
Never too late
Email me at d2woodshop@gmail.com
all i can say top job
Of course, the little helper!
Nice MFT table! Nice workshop too
When you use the metal blade, you'll need to move faster when you cut or you'll burn the mdf. When we cut through roofing panels with 1/2- 3/4 ply if you get stuck or are slow you'll smoke out the wood or jam the saw
I’d like to see your order details. Thanks!
I would love a parts list. Thanks for the video!
Excellent build I just sub. Would love to get a build list and maybe final pics? Would be a great video for you to go over the table and it’s function.
Hi, great video! Can you send me the order list, thanks!
Great video. Would love a parts list! Thank you!

Great video! This looks like the perfect project for my garage/shop.
Maybe I’ll do one....good job👍
hey thanks!
Nice shop!
Thank you sir!
could you please send me the parts list to justin.j.neuman@gmail.com
I would greatly appreciate your parts list, the catalog for 8020 is mind boggling with all of the options, I’m lost. I just assembled two aquarium stands out of there 45 series, however.I went thru Framing Tech as I needed the stands to have something of a pedigree, still one can get lost in the details of all the different hardware.
Send me your email and I’ll send over my order parts list for the assembly table
Where did you get the metal sheet from again?
I get it from my local HVAC dealer. Almost any of them will sell you a sheet of metal. I typically go with a 28 gauge. The lighter the better for a bigger board. Although I’ve used up to 22 gauge but I can get heavy :)
Nice tables that will surely provide a lot of storage, I would love to have that order file - my email is: CK_AD01@yahoo.com. thanks
Looks great and something I'm looking at doing, cheers
You should!
great video look forward to seeing more
Thanks 👍
Dope project. I got a trailer load of these extrusions at an auction, and Im getting rid of all of my 2x4 work benches and replacing with modular 80/20 built units. I plan on documenting the whole thing on video. I like the way you tied the drawers into your build. I'm debating on how Im going to accomplish this. Thanks for the content.
That’s awesome! I’ll sub and follow! Very cool! I’m about ready to trade out my miter saw station to the 80/20
@@d2woodshop687 Ill be watching
Nice build! ... but please post a parts list for the assembly table.
Send me your email and I'll send you my invoice from 8020 for all the parts I used.
Do you have an email address I could message you on?

I've got the same fence and joinery combo, but mine is on a grizzly cabinet saw and my router is mounted on the left.
